I lead by influence, not hierarchy: building soft skills (leadership, stakeholder management, tough conversations) while hardening the craft (value-driven prioritization, funnel analysis, structured ideation, and generative-AI assisted user stories). The goal is to move from a request-driven mindset to outcome-driven product management, where decisions are defended with data and clear product vision.

Scope

Teams: 12 squads across two Aval entities; direct coaching of 12 Product Owners.

  • Role evolution (2 years): 90% of POs from Proxy → Business Representative; 10% from Business Representative → Sponsor.

  • Sprint commitment met: 92% global.

  • Epic lead time: 180 → 60 days.

  • Unplanned work per sprint: 30% → 5%.

  • Monthly deployments: <1 → 3.

  • Product impact (last 3 years): 40+ new features shipped, 2 discoveries delivered, 5 re-discoveries to shape new initiatives, and 8 MVPs launched and now scaling.
