Concept

As Principal Product Owner, I partnered with McKinsey & Company and cross-functional teams to define the strategic vision and tactical execution plan of Aval’s Housing Ecosystem. Using blueprinting and breakpoint methodologies, we structured the product’s value proposition, business lines, core pillars, and market niche — supported by a five-year roadmap, ROI modeling, and validated proof-of-concepts for both individual customers and real-estate brokers.

Scope

The project delivered a five-year strategic vision, a refined backlog of validated epics and features, and a business case approved for long-term investment.

This vision became the foundation for Metrocuadrado, which has since evolved into Colombia’s leading housing portal, surpassing 7 million monthly visits and achieving national market leadership in property listings and digital engagement.
